“All projects have been completed, investors have received green cards and returned capital,” Kyle Walker, CEO of Green Card Fund.

Recently, iCanfield had a special conversation with Mr. Kyle Walker - CEO and co-founder of Green Card Fund. The interview brought deep and practical insights into the EB-5 program, from the highlights of the investment - US settlement, project selection experience, to how Green Card Fund accompanies and supports Vietnamese investors on the journey to settle in the United States.

VISION AND DIFFERENTIATION OF GREEN CARD FUND

Green Card Fund (GCF) is a subsidiary of Newgen Worldwide, founded by Mr. Kyle Walker and two partners. Mr. Kyle shared that the founding team has a solid foundation in the hotel industry, including hotel ownership and brokerage experience, as well as investment capital management. However, EB-5 is a special field, far beyond just an investment opportunity.

According to him: "EB-5 is more than an investment, it also involves family planning, settlement, and investment. We focus deeply on ensuring success for investors."

What sets Green Card Fund apart is its focus on real results: projects selected must create jobs, provide green cards, and ensure reliable capital return. As Mr. Kyle emphasized: "We focus on providing bank-standard credit in the investment structure, ensuring that the project not only brings green cards but also reliably returns capital." With this approach, GCF both protects investors and builds long-term credibility in the EB-5 field.

PROJECT SELECTION PROCESS AND STRINGENT ASSESSMENT OF GREEN CARD FUND

During the interview, Mr. Kyle Walker emphasized that Green Card Fund always prioritizes investor safety and project sustainability in every decision. According to him, there are two core factors that Green Card Fund considers before selecting any EB-5 project: job creation capability and capital return potential.

First, Green Card Fund only chooses projects that have completed all permits and have clear construction progress. Usually, these are projects under construction or completed with bridge financing. This ensures that the majority of jobs during the construction phase are created securely.

Secondly, Green Card Fund prioritizes collaboration with investors with outstanding capabilities. Mr. Kyle emphasized: "We seek investors who have experience in carrying out this type of project and have a large accounting balance sheet." Thorough selection helps reduce risks and enhance sustainability for each EB-5 project.

HOW HAS GREEN CARD FUND'S SUCCESSFUL PROJECT CONTRIBUTED TO THE US ECONOMY?

Over the years of operation, Green Card Fund has implemented many projects that create effective employment and deliver complete results to EB-5 investors. As Mr. Kyle shared, previous projects have all "been completed, investors received green cards and returned capital on schedule."

The first project of Green Card Fund is a vocational school, helping all investors to fully participate in obtaining green cards and returning capital as promised. Another typical project is a nursing home, where the investor completed the capital return within 5 years without needing to extend the loan, a rare success in the EB-5 field. Both projects demonstrate the sustainable implementation capacity of Green Card Fund and directly contribute to education and healthcare services in the United States.

Recently, GCF continues to make a mark with a project in Atlantic City - The Seahaus Tribute by Marriott, when the project received I-956F approval in just over 90 days - an impressive processing speed, almost coinciding with the project's opening. Green Card Fund provided initial funding and now EB-5 investors are participating to recover this capital. This is a typical example of fast, secure, and compliant deployment capabilities of the EB-5 program.

SUMMARY

The interview with Mr. Kyle Walker provided insights into the vision, project selection process, and success of Green Card Fund in over 10 years of EB-5 operation. These insights emphasize the importance of choosing reputable, experienced partners for a safe and transparent investment and settlement journey in the United States. For Vietnamese investors, Green Card Fund and iCanfield are always ready to accompany, advise, and support throughout, opening up opportunities for sustainable investment and successful settlement in the United States.
