EB-5 CMB Group 93 Project – Hillwood Coachella Valley Residential Area, also known as Summerwell La Quinta and Vista Monroe Homes, will develop a rental housing project with approximately 240 apartments.
The project is located on a 16-hectare land in Thermal, California, will bring modernly designed houses, ranging in size from 93 m2 (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) to 223 m2 (4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms). Each house is fully equipped with amenities, including washer/dryer, level 2 electric vehicle charging station, smart home technology, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, balcony, ceiling fan, laundry room, and tiled kitchen cabinets.
In addition, residents will enjoy upscale living spaces with common amenities such as a swimming pool, outdoor relaxation area, club house, fitness center, BBQ area, fire pit, pet park, coworking space, and private garage.
The project officially broke ground in July 2024, as Hillwood partnered with Greystar Corporation – the largest apartment rental management company in the United States.
