The Seahaus Tribute by Marriott is a hotel project under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand, developed by NewCrestImage. The hotel is located in a prime location in Atlantic City, New Jersey, right outside the famous Boardwalk area. Boardwalk is the “oldest and longest wooden walkway in the world”, attracting over 27 million visitors annually, creating a vibrant lifestyle and sustainable development opportunities for resort real estate.

PROJECT DETAILS

Phase I: Rebranding and Upgrading
- Progress: Completed and opened for operation since September 2025.
- Scope: Renovation of all 104 guest rooms, addition of four retail areas, a modern fitness center, on-site laundry service, and 80 parking spaces.
- Key Features: This is the only hotel on the Boardwalk that provides full service without a casino, creating differentiation and attracting a diverse clientele.
Phase II: Expansion and Consolidation
- Plan: Construct an additional tower with 36 guest rooms, increasing the total number of rooms to 140.
- Support from Marriott: Marriott has directly invested 650,000 USD and waived all food and beverage fees for the first three years of operation, reaffirming the commitment to sustainable development.
