EB-5 CMB Group 98 – Hillwood Commerce 71 Project is a modern industrial park, developing and constructing two Class A industrial logistics facilities, a wastewater treatment plant, and related infrastructure improvement items. The project is located in the rapidly growing economic center of Columbus, Ohio, on an 18.9-hectare site at the southwest corner of Joyce Avenue and Windsor Avenue, just under a 10-minute drive from downtown Columbus.
The project consists of two buildings with a total area of up to 57,929 m2, Building 1 with an area of 26,689 m2 and Building 2 with an area of 31,239 m2. Both buildings are equipped with Class A amenities, including a minimum clear height of 9.75 m, ample parking space for cars and trailers, reception area and basic interior finishes, as well as a modern fire protection system.
Upon completion of construction, Hillwood will collaborate with Colliers to seek long-term tenants and sell facilities to investors. Hillwood will also proceed with interior build-outs as requested by tenants, in addition to items already included in the current budget.

The EB-5 capital will be used for all stages of project development and construction, including site clearance and cleaning, infrastructure development inside and outside the project, land reclamation, landscaping, drainage systems, construction of logistics facilities and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as some interior construction items.
With the participation of Hillwood, a leading real estate group in the United States, along with an experienced development team, the project is expected to be completed on schedule, ensuring quality and meeting committed progress.
Construction of the wastewater treatment plant is scheduled to commence, with an expected completion date in April 2025.

Starting the land reclamation, expected to be completed by June 2025.

The vertical construction phase is expected to start in June 2025, and the project is scheduled to be basically completed in June 2026 for official operation.
